Around here, we're known for our milling. And we have been for as long as anyone in Indiana can remember. While our name and ownership has changed over the years, our mill established, and has maintained, a reputation for high-quality, brand name corn and flour products.
In the late 1890's, Indianapolis based Acme-Evans began milling corn meal and wheat flour under the brand E-Z-Bake. This brand became an Indiana legend, an Indiana icon for quality baking products in kitchens not only across Indiana, but in many surrounding states as well. There are now several generations of E-Z-Bake fans who spread all across America, who fondly remember the taste and smell of warm corn muffins or freshly baked yeast rolls. Today, we are still milling the same great products, and we're even bringing back many of the old products that were such a special tradition on family tables for so many years.
We intend to keep things simple. Good products. Good prices. Good service. Sure, our kitchen team will probably come up with some new products, or variations on old products... but basically, we'll just keep doing the same things that have made us a fondly-remembered family tradition. And we'll keep treating our customers like the most important people on earth... because they are.
