We work closely with each farmer throughout the year to maintain this standard of excellence and provide our mills with the best grains available at harvest. We are very particular on what we mill each day. Quality begins at the farm and must be maintained all the way to your kitchen. The old fashioned methods of milling grain has something to do with why our E-Z-Bake Corn Meal has a reputation for being the leading high flavor corn meal on the market.

Anyone who knows corn meal will tell you – "The flavor is best right after the corn is milled." We are known in the Midwest as one of the freshest corn meal products, and it is simply because we chose a long time ago that to keep fresh products you have to keep inventories low and mill the grain a few days before it gets to your pantry. We also have chosen to use resealable packaging that locks in the freshness.
