Ingredients
2 cups E-Z-Bake Corn Meal
1 tbsp. salt
2 cups cold water
4 cups boiling water
Directions
Add salt to corn meal and mix thoroughly with the cold water. Put boiling water in upper part of double boiler place over fire, add the meal mixture slowly, stirring constantly. Cover and steam over boiling water as preferred. Serve hot with butter and milk.
Fried Corn Meal Mush
Put leftover mush into a dish or mold. When cold cut into slices. Melt drippings in a frying pan and let get smoking hot. Brown the slice on each side. Serve on hot plate with syrup.
